    This registration will be accepted ONLY upon received of payment.

    Group Registration

       1. From 15 participants who are in the same Registration Type to 29 participants get a 10% discount.
       2. Over 30 participants get a 20% discount.

    Registration fee is complimentarily reduced by a half for selected abstract presenters from overseas and is exempted for moderate poster. For the registration before the notification of abstract results, the difference will be refunded for the selected abstract.

    Payment guidelines

    ONLY payment by credit card (Visa, Master and JCB) is available through the on-line registration.
    All service charges on credit card are to be paid by registrants.

    Invitation Letter

    The official invitation letter, to be used for application of visa, will be available to ONLY those who have completed the registration payment
    You may print out the invitation letter linked at 'Confirmation of Registration' delivered by e-mail and use it as our invitation letter.
    If you need to receive a notarized invitation letter for visa, you may request to the Secretariat by 1 March 2010 through the on-line registration. The notary service fee is USD to be paid by the registrant. Please check with the Korean Embassy in your country whether you need a notarized letter of invitation for visa issuance

    Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Cancellation by 31 March 2010 70% Reimbursement
    Cancellation after 2 April 2010 NO Refund

    In the event of a cancellation,please notify Saint Lee,APCHF coordinator,at sssm1959@hanmail.net before April,2.2010.
    (It will be processed,less a Krw 150,000 administrative fee.
    All refunds will be made after the APCHF2010 for administrative reasons.
